Cape Able began life in 2006. We named the company Cape Able for two reasons: it sounded like a fantastic destination (which we hope this site will become as we add more experts, information & products), and it played on the word 'capable'.
We think people are at their happiest when they are capable: capable of providing for themselves & their family, capable of having fun, capable of caring for others, capable of maintaining good health, capable of learning new things...you get the picture.
