SHIPPING RATES
All pacakges are sent via Australia Post's parcel service and when an order is over $100, we also register and insure the parcel using Australia Post's Registered Mail system to ensure a safe and secure delivery to you. Rates are based on Australia Post's Parcel Service. You also have the option of your order being sent by e-Parcel's Express service for faster delivery. If you would like your order sent using express e-Parcel, then please let us know and we will get back to you about any extra charges. For international orders, we ship standard registered Air Mail (if available) with Australia Post. If you would like to use Australia Post Express Courier or Express Post services, please let us know. To confirm international shipping rates, please contact us. Orders will be shipped within 5 business days of your order being processed and paid for. If we are out of stock, we will let you know and will endeavour to have your parcel delivered to you as soon as new stock arrives. We will also keep you updated as to any further delays. PACKAGING
We use recycled bubble wrap as the bubble wrap is the best product that we have found so far to protect the bottles from being dented or scratched whilst in transit. However, we are also looking at greener alternatives such as recycled paper wrap and we hope to be using these shortly. If you are ordering products that are a gift, then please let us know so that we can pay special attention to the wrapping of your parcel.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with our products. So if you are not satisfied with your selected products, we are happy for you to return or exchange these products you have bought from us within 7 days of delivery. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You may return or exchange a non-defective product ONLY if the product: - was purchased within the last 7 days;
- the product (or label) has not been used, or damaged in any way; and
- is returned with the original invoice, or proof of purchase from www.capeable.com/stainlessbottles .
If you are returning or exchanging a non-defective product we will not reimburse the shipping costs. This cost is up to you. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the original purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse any return if it is not in condition to be resold. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS AND GUARANTEE
For defective products, all of our manufacturers at CapeAble provide a 30 day replacement guarantee with the exact same product, size and colour. CapeAble is not responsible for damage to an item caused by improper care, abuse or misuse.
